HEALINGS ARE FOR TODAY

Divine Healing

The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, The God of the Israelites, the God that we Christians claim to worship is a Healing God. If you worship this God, He will heal your sicknesses. Many scriptures in the Bible talk about Healing power of God. When Jesus Christ came, He preached the Good News about the Kingdom of God, and at the same time demonstrated the power of the gospel through Healings and Miracles. Healings are for Today, if you worship this God, He will heal your sicknesses.

  3. Matthew 8:16-17 - [16]When evening came, people brought to Jesus many who had demons in them. Jesus drove out the evil spirits with a word and healed all who were sick. [17]He did this to make what the prophet Isaiah said come true, "He himself took our sicknesses and carried away our diseases."
  4. Mark 6:12-13 - [12]So they went out and preached that people should turn away from their sins. [13]They drove out many demons, and rubbed olive oil on many sick people and healed them.
  5. Mark 16:15-18 - [15]He said to them, "Go through out the whole and preach the gospel to all people. [16]Whoever believes and is baptised will be saved; whoever does not believe will be condemned. [17]Believers will given the power to perform miracles: they will drive out demons in my name; they will speak in strange tongues; [18]if they pick up snakes or drink any poison, they will not be harmed; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well."
  6. Luke 10:9,19 - .....[9]heal the sick in that town, and say to the people there, 'The Kingdom of God has come near you.' [19]Listen! I have given you authority, so that you can walk on snakes and scorpions and overcome all the power of the Enemy, and nothing will hurt you.

  6. James 5:14-15 - [14]Are any among you sick? They should send for the church elders, who will pray for them and rub olive oil on them in the name of the Lord. [15]This prayer made in faith will heal the sick; the Lord will restore them to health, and the sins they have committed will be forgiven.
  7. 3 John 2 - [2]My dear friend, I pray that everything may go well with you and that you may be in good health - as I know you are well in spirit.
To repent is to repair a wrong. The Bible tells us that there is none righteous (Romans 3:10). Having gone your own way, you have sinned, but now you have turned to Jesus Christ and have admitted or confessed this sin. The forgiveness of God is assured (1 John 1:9).
Your restoration through the favour of a loving God is found through obedience. To be baptised is command of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19). The Bible teaching on Baptism is believers immersion, as illustrated throughout the world, and is not to be confused with unscriptural practice of sprinkling or christening. Baptism is a commandment to all believers (Acts 2:38). It is also evidence of true repentance and a good conscience towards God. (1 Peter 3:21).
You are promised a wonderful experience with your Saviour. He will baptise you with the Holy Ghost and fire…. (Matthew 3:11). You are encouraged to receive this power (Luke 11:9-13). By reading and believing the many accounts of the Holy Spirit in the early Church, you will find great faith to claim this experience. You will speak in tongues as promised to all believers (Mark 16:17)
REVIVAL CENTRES PNG
Revival Centres Of Papua New Guinea (RCPNG) is a pentecostal church. We are affiliated with Revival Fellowships worldwide. We preach Salvation Message as found in the book Acts chapter 2 verse 38. We emphasise on the necessity for one to be born-again of water and the Holy Spirit. RCPNG accentuate all believers to Repent, Be Baptised and Receive the Holy Spirit. John 3:5, Unless a man is born again of water and the Holy Spirit, he cannot enter into the Kingdom of God. In the Gospel of John, chapter 3 and verse 3 to 5, Jesus Christ the son of God Himself, emphasizes on the need for all believers to go through the Born-Again experience. .
HOW IT BEGAN
Revival Centres Of PNG Church, started in a remote village called Karaite, Lumi District of Sandaun Province. RCPNG church was born when the first nine (9) converts from Karaite village were baptised on 1st September 1982. History of PNG Revival Centres can be read here. Revival Fellowship in Papua New Guinea is headed by Principal Pastor Godfrey Wippon. We have twenty two (22) Provincial Pastors who administer and coordinate church work in the twenty two provinces of PNG. Working closely under Provincial Pastors, are District Pastors and Area Pastors who oversee church work in their respective districts, villages and towns. Church work in provinces can be found under Assemblies.
MIRACLES ARE FOR TODAY
A prominent phenomena inside our fellowship is the manifestations of the Holy Spirit. When believers are being baptised, they come out from the waters of baptism and receive the Holy Spirit, with Biblical evidence of Speaking In Tongues (Acts 19:2-6). Another consequential event is Divine Healing Power of God. A good number of our congregation members are people who were miraculously healed from all kinds of sicknesses. You can read their testimonies here.
